This small powder room was ready for a redo after 20 plus years of use and abuse. We removed the old oak vanity and replaced it with a pedestal sink to open up the space. Large format tiles replaced the old vinyl floor and together with the wall tiles give the space a sense of elegance. New fixtures from Kohler and an industrial style light fixture round out the room.

The customer was looking to upgrade their beach house guest bathroom and they wanted to make it something special. We helped them create this showcase bathroom using Arabescata marble throughout, high end fixtures, and luxurious details. After the bathroom was gutted down to the studs and bare concrete floor, the shower space was rebuilt with a cast iron base, marble tile top to bottom and fixtures from Harrington Brass Works. Additional details include a custom niche and bench, bypass shower doors with 3/8" glass, and recessed lighting. The marble tile continues on the walls outside the shower and to the floor. And an additional storage niche resides besides the vanity.

This kitchen renovation was created from the ground up. We removed everything from the old kitchen including the old vinyl floor and three large windows that were taking up valuable cabinet space. The redesigned layout included removing the range and instead incorporating a wall oven and island cook top that better suited the homeowners cooking style. We also added a side sink and bar height eating area to the island. There is more than enough lighting in this kitchen with the added pendant over the bar, LED recessed lights throughout, xenon under-cabinet lights and LED lighting in the glass front cabinets - all with dimmer switches. Additional details include granite counter tops, new oak hardwood floors, alder cabinets, stone veneer on the island, and custom tile back splashes.

Going into the project, the client wanted to update and upgrade the master bathroom from the basic builders design and products. The bathroom was gutted down to the drywall and all new materials and fixtures were installed. Renovation details include a new custom tiled shower with cast iron base, bead-board wainscoting with chair rail and 7" baseboard trim, tile floor, recessed and sconce lighting, and all new fixtures throughout. Additional details include a custom granite vanity top, bypass shower doors with 3/8" glass, and furniture style vanity that replaced a built in double sink.

The client wanted a completely new and redesigned kitchen so we started with a clean slate by removing all of the old plaster walls and ceiling. This gave us the opportunity to install all new wiring, plumbing and insulate the outside walls. Some of the new design details include a corner sink, 36" top cabinets that go all of the way to the ceiling, and moving the dishwasher and refrigerator to add more work space. Cabinets are oak with xenon under-counter lighting. The back splash is Ming Green Marble which compliments the green granite counter tops from Vermont. All new recessed lighting is controlled with a dimmer switch as are the under counter lights.

This was a complete renovation of a previously water damaged basement. After years of sitting unused, the clients wanted a new play area for both the grand kids and their parents. We built a carpeted playroom for the kids and added a pool room and TV room with a home theater system for the adults. We removed and replaced the old dark paneling with modern bead board, installed a custom tiled floor, recessed lighting throughout, and custom mill work and trim throughout. To heat the space we installed multiple hydronic baseboard heaters controlled through programmable wall thermostats in each room. Additional details include all new solid core doors and dimmer controls for all of the lighting in each room

The clients wanted to expand their cramped and dated master bathroom and move their laundry room from the basement to the second floor. This was accomplished by removing the wall between the bathroom and an adjacent spare bedroom, giving us access to the additional space needed. We doubled the size of the existing bathroom which added room for a 72" vanity with double sinks, marble top, and matching mirrors, and a custom shower tiled with Turkish marble. To bring in additional light and ventilation, a window was added to the laundry room. And to ease access a pocket door was installed. Additional details include a built-in niche in the shower, 12"x24" floor tiles, an ultra quiet ventilation fan, and new solid-core doors.

The client was ready to move on from her builder grade bathroom with cramped shower stall and layout and storage issues. We added a custom built shower with 10" of extra space and a custom clear glass shower door to show off the tile work. A full length vanity and vanity top were installed for added storage and usability. Additional details include recessed lighting, glass shower shelves and upgraded fixtures all around.
