  | Wear House Transition | Mar 2014 | This was a simple warehouse transition to an office space. We started off with a 1400 sq ft building. Eliminated the garage door, and added energy star rated windows and doors. There was an 8' x 8' server room added for all the I.T. needs, which included 48 I.T. drops located strategical around the office layout. New electrical was updated, HVAC was added to properly control the air temp. We even installed the cubicals after the carpet and paint was finished! | $45k | Estero, FL |
