Mark came a day sooner which was good, installed my lockset and it works. Had other person before him who didn't know what he was doing. pleased with him and will call him again if needed

Whenever we need ANYTHING done, we make our list and call Mark. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and trusting. HIs work is done well, and he never does anything more than needs to be done without your approval--this keeps the costs down. At the end of the day, we don't have "honey do" lists, we have a Mark List.
