ZCI is a full service builder working in the West Lafayette area since 1976. Our projects include custom homes, major renovation and additions, basement finishing and light commercial work, both new and renovation. Our president, Mark Zimpfer, has many industry certifications (Certified Aging in Place, Certified Green Builder, EPA Lead Paint Certified, etc.) and is a true "green" builder. Mark has even taught courses at Purdue University to help bring his real world experience in residential construction to a new generation of builders.
