This house had great bone structure from the start, but needed a little love to bring out the best of it. The clients wanted all new updates to have easy living and make the most of the space. We updated every room and added a covered patio to make the perfect outdoor setting. All new touches and designs brought out the beauty of the house and now the family has a "new" home they can enjoy for years to come.

This 1981 home is near and dear to our clients' hearts. They were married in the backyard and for their anniversary decided to spruce things up and make it the home of their dreams. It was time to update the master suite and open up the main living space. In the end, they had an all new living and kitchen area that is open and spacious with windows that give them a great view of their backyard, and a master bath that is more functional and has a wonderful calming feeling.

This lovely home had a wall separating the kitchen from the rest of the house and the kitchen needed updating so it would no longer have an outdated feeling. We tore down the wall, which opened up quite a bit of space and created an open floor plan for the living, dining and kitchen areas. We also created a little bar nook which really sets this kitchen/dining area apart from others. These changes now make this home the perfect place to host a party or to just sit back and relax.

When our customers saw this Creekbluff project in the Lakewood area, they recognized a diamond in the rough. They were looking for a larger house, including a large lot that their growing family could thoroughly enjoy. The location was perfect, although the outdated presence needed to go. Our customer stated, "Masterpiece Building of Austin was hired to come in and push the 70's out," and bring the new era in!

This 1977 split-level home had a tremendous amount of potential; unfortunately, the home had succumbed to a hodgepodge of previous homeowner's remodels and visionary updates. Merited by its great bones and a configuration that lent itself to a major overhaul, we are delighted to share this home with you. The final project required gutting and reframing of walls in the Master suite, which created a layout that made more sense with a natural flow for a stunning Master retreat. With the help and insight of Lori Anderson and Roxanne Gutierrez of Interior Selections, along with the Masterpiece team, we transformed this home into the new homeowner's dream living space.
