UNIQUE CONCRETE

We contacted Unique Concrete for an estimate to have our inground pool deck complete redesigned. After discussing the project at length with Unique's owner, Barry Fisher, he decided this project would be something he's definitely interested in quoting. To accommodate his schedule I took off from work and we setup an appointment time for him to see the site and discuss various options. My wife and I spent nearly two hours with Barry discussing the entire project down to patterns and colors. We expressed our interest in moving forward with the project and let him know we are sincere in getting this project started. Barry said it would take him a few days and he would be contacting us for a quote. Sadly this is when Unique Concrete's truly colors began to emerge. After waiting a week I sent an email just inquiring if there's a timeframe which we could be expecting this quote - NO REPONSE. Figuring he might not have gotten the email I left a voicemail following up a few days after the email - NO RESPONSE. So we simply waited another week and attempted another voicemail - NO RESPONSE. Three days ago I left a final voicemail asking if Barry and Unique Concrete is interested in the project or if we should pursue other avenues - NO RESPONSE. Needless to say my wife and I were very excited about the options and services Unique Concrete offers but now are disappointed and confused to what happened and why Barry didn't even have he decency to say his company is not interested in quoting our project. This company exemplifies all that is wrong with contractors with the disappearing and no communication tactics that are all to common in today's world. Our advise don't waste your time attempting to get a quote or project completed by Unique Concrete because there's a good chance Barry will simply disappear.
