This business was contracted by my warranty. After paying my 75$ fee twice, They didn't do anything. They provided poor service all around. I placed two separate tickets with my home warranty. Each ticket had different issues on it. The first on was on 11/08 and they came out a few days later and unstopped a drain. Possibly breaking a drain line out side In the process because I ended up with a leak outside on the same drain they snaked. The second issue on the first ticket was a leaking toilet. They fixed the leak but then the toilet won't even flush toilet paper anymore. The first person to use it after this "repair" figured that out. I called the plumber "R" and spoke with him told him it wasn't working but that I had other stuff I was going to put in a ticket for. He said no problem when I put in my second ticket, request him and will come out and get it fixed up. I put in my second ticket on 11/22. They finally got there on 12/2 after not being able to properly schedule an appointment. The plumber came in and told my wife that old toilet stuff wasn't even on this ticket so she was lucky he was even looking at it. Then went out side after taking stuff off the toilet. Came back in said his boss Frank said he had to go, sorry, and he left. My wife had to put the stuff back on the toilet and no repairs were done. BOTH. Times I had to pay a 75$ fee to my warranty people and I'm sure All Phase charged them for repairs they didn't even do. So I've had to call my warranty people to get this ticket switched over to a new vendor because I will not allow these people back in my house. I even spoke to Frank at all phase, he seemed to have the same level of customer service that his technician did. So now I am out of pocket for the repairs NOT done on the first ticket, and still have to have the repairs done.
