I put in a request for service thru American Home Shield on 5/11/2020 and received an email confirmation that Authority Plumbing would be contacting me within 24 hours. After 24 hours had passed and I received no call, I called AP and left a message. I received a call back on 5/13. Caller said that he was away from the office and would call me back when he returned to his office. Today, 5/15, I hadn't received a callback so I called and left another message. I did receive a call back within about 15 minutes. However, the caller didn't appear to remember ever talking to me and said that I shouldn't expect service within 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.
