My Family Floor Care

Very disappointed in my recent dealings with my family floor care. I hired them to redo the terrazzo floor finish which they claimed to be experts. The floor came out okay in most places, but still many areas look dull and unfinished. We loaned them our wood dolly and never saw it again, all of our baseboards need replacing, My point is if you are the expert, then do the job properly. Stay far from these folks.

We have a travertine floor. We had multiple companies come in to quote a price to resurface sealer. My family floor care was our highest bid by far. Jose explained that they would take four days to do the job correctly. First by stripping the old sealer, then fixing all the cracks and chips, then smoothing the floor, and lastly applying the sealer. The job ended up as a total of 2.5 days, with many chips still not repaired, but the worst was two spots that have a stain. They came back to work on those two spots but still look the same. Have tried to email and text Jose, he refuses to reply. Thus have no choice but to warn off other from using their services.
