French Door Installation

FASCIA BOARD REPAIR

Windows and Doors at the Fountains Trevi Court

We replaced a house full of windows and doors with beautiful impact rated horizontal rollers and a Lawson 9200 Series 8'-0" x 8'-0" sliding glass door. Five men were needed to carry the Miami-Dade approved hurricane impact glass windows which were large and heavy. The bronze color frames were ordered to match the existing exterior frame color.

Underground Drainage System

The Condo Association contacted us because the front entrance to the 5 acre property was underwater during the rain season. We installed a pump connected to the overflow at the front pond and when the pond fills to capacity it spills into a silt tank. From the silt tank we trenched along the property line and at the back of the property we tied into the existing 12" rainwater line that discharges into the Intercoastal.
