This renovation was a complete makeover over the home and mother-in-law suite. We stated by gutting the master and guest bathroom down to the studs and replacing all drywall, electrical and plumbing. The master shower was expanded from a 3' x 3' stall to almost 4' x 6' with corner bench and niche. The guest shower was outfitted with a corner bench and niche with 12x24 greytone tiles installed vertically . 8" x 48" wood look porcelain plank tiles were installed throughout the home along with new bsseboard and paint. A custom built in media center was installed in the family room. New impact resistant windows and sliders were replaced throughout home as well as a large portion of the homes siding. Exterior paint was the last item to finish off the remodel of this beautiful country home.

A repeat customer recently purchased their new home and were in a crunch to get moved in. We worked tirelessly 10 days straight to ensure they could move in on time. The kitchen makeover consisted of removing the old soffit and florescent lighting and installing new recessed led lighting. We also opened up two windows to allow natural light to pass through from the living room. All the popcorn ceiling throughout the home was removed and the ceilings were skimmed and painted. New LED recessed lights were installed in the family room, dining room and living room. We topped it all off with a fresh coat of paint throughout!

Turned this bland boring kitchen and living room into the homeowners dream. All wood espresso shaker cabinets and crown molding were installed along with a beautiful granite that tied everything together perfectly. Luxury vinyl plank and 5.25" baseboard were installed throughout the living area. We even built a new linen closet in the space the old wall oven was occupying.

Remodel 300 sqft master bathroom including oversized shower with niche and bench as well as a Roman Tub. Quoted price of $5900 included all setting materials. Floor and wall tiles were purchased by homeowner from floor and decor. Walls, ceilings and trim throughout home were painted using Benjamin Moore paints. Cost for paint job including materials was $4400. Garage shelving was completed using 2x4 and 1x4 and painted with Behr premium exterior paint and primer. Total cost for garage shelving was approximately $1500 Other items included floatng shelves in guest bathroom, a glass tile kitchen backsplash, closet shelving installation, electrical fixtures throughout and plumbing installation.

Old master bathroom was water damaged. We removed roman tub, old drywall, old shower as well as some of the plywood subfloor. Demo cost approximately $1500 Oversized shower with corner bench, quad corner niches, multi head shower valve, drain repairs, new shower pan, new frameless glass enclosure, all tile setting materials and tile. Installation of freestanding tub and freestanding tub plumbing cost approximately $5000. New black and white pinwheel mosaic tile floor was installed at $2000. Other items included 2 large vanities with granite tops, mirrors, fiberglass installation, drywall installation, paint, ceiling and batroom fans, electrical repairs and lights, and hallway nail down wood flooring.
