I needed to get stairs to my deck repaired on a quick turnaround. I was referred to Yankee Restorations as the one to get things done. Rob responded right away and was able to get the repairs done in a very timely manner. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and very well. He was able to add on getting some painting done on some other outdoor items which was a bonus. Very professional and nice and clean. I recommend him highly. I was very happy with the completed work.

Had Yankee do several jobs I'd been waiting to get to - replaced my bulkhead doors - rebuilt a couple of steps down to the cellar - did some cement work on a cellar wall - fixed a shed door (replaced it with a used metal one when all I was expecting was a piece of plywood or something) - renailed some exterior vent covers, porch lights, and other minor repairs - replaced interior doors First, the work was done on a quick schedule (I'm STILL waiting to hear back from an estimate from another company LOL) Second, when the work started, it was finished well and quickly. Everything was done at a higher standard than I even expected. Third, there was one thing I didn't like how it turned out at first, they re-did it without any argument or discussion, and no upcharge. Finally, the estimate didn't change at all - what he quoted is what I paid. Honestly, this company is the best of small company America - you just can't get better work at a decent price. They are now my 'go to' guys for anything this old house needs.

Rob and his team did an excellent job of repairing drywall and ceiling that were significantly damaged due to a sudden roof leak. They are dedicated to getting the details right both as to structural integrity and appearance. They were very timely and came in on budget. I highly recommend Yankee Restorations.

Yankee remodelled two bathrooms for us and I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work. Work was done on time and on budget, and the guys were very personable and fun to have around.
