Foketi came out and redid the concrete at our house in April 2021. Within a week I contacted them to inform them that one section right at the bottom of the front stairs was very low in the middle, causing water to pool. They agreed that that was not good, and unsafe in the winter, and they would be right back to correct the problem. After many broken appointments, unanswered phone calls, and poor excuses they have still not corrected the issue. It is December, and we now have an ice skating pond on our walkway. Never Never Never use this company!

My wife and I met Mrs. Foketi when she did the bib. The bid was great. She bragged about her hard working boys, she under sold them. They are such incredible men, and their work is brilliant! I would recommend this family business to everyone. In fact I’m going to have them back to do some more work. Wade

I would NOT Recommend this company for stamped Concrete. They are very friendly however they DO NOT communicate - I had to reach out to them frequently to see when they were coming and what that their plans were. On several occasions they told me they were coming and then never showed up. When asked why they gave me a random excuse. I am also not impressed with the quality of their workmanship. We had to have them tear out the first concrete pad completely. The color was off, the stairs were uneven, and the attention to detail was poor. They told me that concrete wasn't meant to be perfect and that I was over reacting. They did come rip it out and started over. They did a better job on the stairs but somehow we ended up with two-tone stairs, random white drip marks all over the concrete, and cracks on one set of the stairs. By this point I just wanted them done and not at my property. Unfortunately I am not happy with the overall product. I feel like I have been patient and have been reasonable in what I have asked for. Not only am I unsatisfied with my concrete porch but now have to fix my fence, re-sod a large portion of my grass, paid an A/C guy twice to unhook/reconnect my unit, been without AC for weeks, have to call a curbing company to come fix curbing in which they broke, replaced several sprinklers in which they ran over, rake my yard to get all the gravel out, and just deal with the frustration of it all. If you are considering this company please consider the following. They may be good at just laying plain concrete but I don't think they do a lot of stamped concrete. Most of their reviews are from family members who work for the company. I read a review given by one of their daughters who is 17 years old at the time. Not sure how she has had concrete work done. Again I don't give a lot of reviews and I believe in supporting small companies and giving them an opportunity. This was a big mistake for this project.
