CiRo's Hardwood and Tile Floors

Never do business with Roger, owner of CiRo's Hardwood floors! I gave him $15,000 deposit to rebuild my deck. He tore the existing deck off (worth around $3,000), and never finished...claiming his wife ran off with the money and he could not complete the job. He said he had "lots of work" and would pay the money back. I gave him a month to start paying me...no money, and he won't return my phone calls. Terrible experience!! I trusted Roger...he did one wood floor for me, and did a nice job, so I felt he was honest, and hired him for this second project. Boy, did I get taken!! BEWARE!!

Would NOT recommend!!!Ciro's refinished the hardwood floor in our brand new house after the dishwasher hose came off and flooded it.. My house now looks worse than it did before they came!!! They put the buffer on the carpet in 2 of the bedrooms, chipped and scuffed up ALL my white trim and some of the walls, didn't cut the hole big enough for the floor vent after replacing the wood around it and didn't stretch and tack the carpet back down so it lifts up all over.. Roger agreed to come fix all damage and replace the carpet in the one bedroom but when I got the quote for It and told him This is the EXACT copy and paste text he replied-- I have work up to my neck, your job is been the worst experience I ever have with a customer, if you want you can used the money to repair "everything that is damage" and if there is any left you can mail it or keep it, is up to you!!-- I am now stuck finding someone else to fix his mess up and may end up paying more for it than what we owe him to get them out where I live!!
