Ricci Furniture

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! my house was badly damaged from the winter storms. Water leaked in and ruined my kitchen. after getting little back from the insurance company I had to shop wisely. I went to Ricci Furniture picked out what i wanted. next day they came to measure. I paid in full (5000.00) was told delivery would be in 3 weeks. with a 3 week window I had to rush to tear down the old cabinets have the ceilings torn down and re-plastered and floors torn up. 3 weeks came and went still no cabinets. Every call went unanswered and never a return call. Finally after 6 weeks, I went down to the store and would not leave til the owner (Ricci) would see me. Wile i waited I found out that the cabinets I purchased were not the quality i paid for. they came from china NOT PUT TOGETHER at the factory. then I found out that they have been in at the factory in Fall River for over 2 weeks and could not get released till they were paid for! I PAID IN FULL 6 WEEKS AGO. Finally the owner showed up and gave me a story about how he is in a bitter divorce and every transaction has to go through his lawyer. I demanded a refund in which he replied no problem I just have to send the request to my lawyer and you will have a check on monday (this was friday) Monday came and went... and another monday came and went and so on. Now his lawyer does not take phone calls and the owner does not take phone calls and until I get my refund back I can not buy a kitchen.. I ordered and paid in full for my kitchen on June 16th 2015. It is now August 21st 2015. I have no Kitchen no floors no furniture. All waiting on my refund from this ass. Maybe in the past he was good.. But trust me he is no longer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN.
