Lefcourt is one of, if not the, most comprehensive, creative and thorough architects I've worked with over the past 30 years. He leaves no detail unstudied and possesses a keen sensitivity to the aesthetics, as well as the functionality, of his structures. He is meticulous about accuracy, something I've found to be rare among most architects.

Richard is extremely detail oriented and we could tell he really cares about his work and the final project outcome. His is friendly, easy to work with and listens to his client's need. His observation of his client's lifestyle is incorporated in his work. Richard was available for consultation throughout the project to answer questions and do walk throughs if needed to make sure the project was going as planned and to offer his professional opinion if something needed to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
