WILL'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS LLC

We hired Will's Home Improvements LLC to remodel our home. The work was to include, building a laundry room, remodel basement, electrical work (connecting new appliances & install recessed can lights & pendants), remodel 2 1/2 restrooms, install new flooring, interior paint, & build railings for stairs, among other projects.. He requested a deposit and stated labor would be billed by the hour (which we paid every Thursday) and work would be complete in 4 weeks. We signed the agreement, included an entire detailed scope of work, & handed him a deposit which was to cover 1/2 the materials. It turns out we ended up purchasing the materials - each time he would tell us he was holding our deposit and the remainder would be reimbursed at the end of the project. Work began 4/13 and started out well, then 2 weeks into the project work started to fall behind. Then Monday afternoon on May 7th my husband came home to find all the tools packed up and gone. Will disappeared - no explanation. He would not return phone calls or text messages. He skipped out with our deposit and a house that was only 50% complete and a complete wreck! The work that was sorta complete was unsatisfactory - recessed cans hanging out of the ceiling, switches that don't work, exposed electrical wires. appliances not installed or connected properly, paint over spray everywhere, floors & trim work not complete, washing machine without cold water running and no way to turn it on without tearing out a wall, & an incomplete bathroom paint, trim work and an entire 2nd floor that is not complete - the list goes on and on... I have pictures if anyone would like to see. All this is very sad and discouraging - we counted on him to complete our dream remodel. What we got is a complete mess!

He is a liar and cheater. Do not hire this man!

It wd take me an hour to tell you how bad this man and his crew are. You would be STUPID to hire him. Poor work ethic, poor work skills! Liar! Untrustworthy. Cheater. I have pictures of his terrible work - even after he returned to "make it right". He charged thousands of dollars more than he quoted. Led me on for weeks abt paying me back a bit to help me have the work redone.

I hired Will’s home improvement to do some masonary work. I was told their best “mason” was coming. Turns out he hadn’t done any brick work in over thirty years (his words). After close to a month and numerous calls, the job still isn’t completed. If you like unfinished work, excuses, and their trash on the side of your house, then give them a call.
