My name is David Anderson, owner of Spyder Creations, LLC. I have been remodeling Denver homes for the past 8 years and take pride in providing only the highest quality services. When I moved myself and my daughter to Colorado in 1998 I started off living with my Mom. She gave me a couple guidelines for living with her. The first was I had only 2 years to get out on my own; the second was to remodel her basement. Well at the time I hadn't ever just taken off and started something like this. My answer was "but Mom, I've never done work like that" her reply was "well you should know how to, your father has been doing it all his life". She was implying that it should come naturally as if I was born with the skills and knowledge. Needless to say, she was right! It only took me a few years to get dropped into this career. And the basement did get finished even though I found an incredible love for the Colorado mountains which kept me out of her house most of the time. I was doing IT at the time and was doing well until the computer job market became very thin. I fortunately was offered a chance to work with a team in Vail on a very big remodel of a condo. We worked M-F while living in the unit, there was 5 of us. We did some amazing work to add an additional floor to accommodate a beautiful master suite with 2 person tub and large steam shower, as well as an added guest room with a bath of its own and a million dollar view of the Gore Range east of Vail. After that project we broke off and I ended up working for Steve of Crown Construction. He is a very knowledgeable general contractor and had a good amount of patience with me. I worked for Steve over 8 years and learned very quickly the skills needed to go off on my own with Spyder Creations. I'm finding out that I do have a great knack for this career. One of my strengths is figuring things out when something doesn't quite fit or the install of something has an added challenge. My attention to detail is a few levels above a few contractors I've replaced on incomplete jobs, and being a bit anal retentive has also made the work I do look amazing. I have a high level of pride in my work and work best with a home owner that is looking for great detail in what they want the room to look like. I listen to my client's needs and ideas as well as suggesting a few of my own that have worked in the past. I'd like to say I can do what others say "it can't be done". I've been in Colorado since 1998 and have fallen in love with all that Colorado has to offer. I'm ex-Navy and a father of a young woman. My daughter and the Navy have taught me to be patient and kind.

This home was recently purchased after a "Flip" was done. Unfortunately the 'flip' was done in what must have been haste...
