At the start of the job it was agreed that he would replace the awning fabric and the motor if the limit switches did not work. He replaced the fabric and told me that the motor was fine and everything else was good so as to get paid. Shortly after I paid it rained and a large amount of water accumulated on top of the awning, which it never did prior to replacing the fabric. Now he says that when they installed the fabric they discovered motor had bad limit switches and needs to be replaced but I need to pay in advance due to my many concerns, he also said he would try to adjust the pitch, needless to say no attempt was made to correct this. I had to hire another company, who knows what they are doing, to fix the water accumulation problem. They were able to set the limits on the motor. So, from this I would say that this contractor does not know what he is doing and was very deceptive. Now he says he wants to help (in his response to this review), help with what? I had to hire another company fix his bad work. Do not hire this guy!!!!
