It was a pleasure working with Merrell Building Enterprises (MBE) on my residential basement finish project. It is always a good feeling to look back on a construction project with a feeling of satisfaction, knowing that you selected the “right” contractor for the job. Here are the reasons that I feel pleased with the outcome: Project was completed in a timely manner, on schedule and within budget. MBE staff and all sub-contractors were professional, cooperative, well trained, honest, reliable, courteous and dedicated. MBE staff and sub-contractors demonstrated quality of workmanship, attention to detail and maintained a clean work site. MBE project superintendent provided creative design ideas and fostered open dialog throughout the project. Confident that MBE will handle any warranty repairs in a timely fashion. I would like to extend this letter of recommendation to anyone considering contracting with MBE for residential construction projects.

We have used Merrill for 8 years and have had over 15 projects with them in this time. Moses is excellent in terms of giving you the options. His crew is always respectful and clean up the job site well. The quality of work is top notch. Our home built in 1986 looks brand new with all the remodeling Merrill has done for us and we really love all the improvements. I am already planning to call him in 2017 with more projects.
