Even though my scope of work did not fall in line with his services, he spent an hour educating me on my project, brain storming cost saving ideas, and provided me a referral to a company equipped to handle my project. I can't comment on the quality of work, but if it's half as good as the customer service then you'll be hard pressed to find better.
