A&M Tile and Remodeling is a company that stand behind their work. More than twelve months had passed since my 80-year-old mother-in law had installed new cabinets as part of a full kitchen remodel, and several cabinet doors became detached. My mother- in-law contacted Lowes several times, only to be put on hold or transferred from department to department. Eventually, she was referred to A&M, the contracting company who had installed the cabinets. We contacted Mr. Lockhart of A&M and explained the problem. Despite the installation having occurred more than a year ago and the problem being related to a possible manufacturing defect, Mr. Lockhart arranged for the repairs to be made within the week. The technician restored the cabinet doors and also tightened the other doors to prevent future problems. The repairs were made quickly and during the busy Thanksgiving week!! Thank you, Mr. Lockhart, for exceptional customer service that didn’t end after the job was completed. My mother-in -law can again prepare delicious meals in her beautiful kitchen.
