Ed returned to work for us for the third time and recently finished up multiple outside projects. They replaced our crumbling front brick steps with new composite material stairs; replaced a damaged original (60 plus years old) wooden cellar door leading to the yard with a steel insulated unit and power washed our vinyl sided home for the first time in nearly 25 years. They did a great job on all three fronts. They were here as scheduled, worked full days and kept the site both clean and safe throughout. Over the years I have found Ed to be both responsive and professional in his approach. He kept me informed of issues as they arose and completed recent contracted work within the proposed cost estimate. This was the first time Ed did outside work for us. On two previous occasions, NuAge Concepts completely redid our downstairs bathroom and they shored up a defective subfloor in our family room before installing a new hardwood floor once the serious structural issues were resolved. Ed installed a new bathroom for us on the 2nd floor of our home. He was very upfront with my wife and I during the process (bathroom design, cost, problems experienced during the project, etc..). Our project were a pergola and Florida room which were damaged during a snowstorm. Ed Wolforth from Nu Age Concepts accessed the damages, wrote a quote and worked with the insurance adjustor throughout the project. The workmanship is excellent and the workers were very professional; crew left the grounds spotless. I definitely would recommend Nu Age Concepts for anyone who has future projects.
