Creative Deck Designs has been setting the standard in deck and backyard building for over 26 years. With over 7,000 satisfied customers in the Baltimore Metro area, we continue to strive for excellence! Creative Deck Designs was initially started in 1989 by two friends Bob Lehman and Frank Billingsley. With Frank's love of building and years of experience, building tree forts as a young child, and Bob's background of planning and design this was a perfect fit. We both worked together at Giant Food, and in our spare time, we built decks as a hobby. We started building decks for friends and family, which evolved to friends of friends, neighbors, and new customers. After a few years our company developed so much, it allowed us to retire from Giant Food and focus on Creative becoming a thriving full time business. We started with one crew, then two, now to where we are today, employing 7-8 full time work crews to complete 300-400 projects a year. Building with pride for 26 years and with our "no game" approach, we are giving our customers the fairest possible price up front, and striving to exceed their every expectations from start to finish has always been our promise. With our in-house staff of industry professionals, we continue to focus ourselves on providing our clients with the highest level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and execution, along with offering the widest range of high quality and maintenance free products.
