Completely dismantled two bathrooms, created doorway in brick wall where a window previously existed, replaced all windows, Jacked up and installed bracing to repair sag in roof, installed new roof (complete tear off) fabricated and installed customer copper chimney caps and copper counter flashing on chimneys.

Project consisted of extensive wood rot repair and replacement. A great deal of the trims and moldings had to be custom reproduced on site due to the age of the home and millwork profiles and thicknesses are not available anymore. After wood rot remediation was performed entire home was repainted in a multi color scheme.
