dryer vent clogged due to prior contractor attempting to "unclog" it. We had water in the dryer vent so we assumed it was condensation or a leak. Bill was there quickly, got the parts and finished the same day. He took a picture of the clogged pipe for me. Outstanding service and work. Thanks. JRH
