This Apartment Complex had a 50 year old redwood fence. We were contracted to replace the fence with Cedar, Keeping the style, while updating materials and sealing the new boards. This fence has approximately 35 6x8 foot sections. All lumber came from B&B Lumber and was Premium quality, with all screw construction. Existing Steel posts were sanded and repainted with oil based paint.

This was an early 70's time capsule. Very dark, shag carpet, wallpaper, etc.. This was a 5 month project, Total Remodel, 2 baths, kitchen, whole house of wallpaper, all new paint, carpet, new cabinets, and later we finished half the basement and finished the garage. Beautiful home when done.
