| Local House Re-Roof | Sep 2016 | Had a lot of rotten decking from leaks from prior bad workmanship. Wiesen Roofing removed roofs and replaced the bad decking. Added proper ventilation to bring up to City Code Ordinance. We used synthetic felt and Ridge vent on the ridge cap. Added soffit ventilation with new venting sofitt panels. Then installed a Designer Class 4 Hail Resistant Shingle with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. | $8k | Wichita, KS |
