BTS Cleaning Svc

BTS Cleaning Service is excellent! We’ve been using them for four years. They clean our shore house every two weeks and it’s always spotless. They clean under the beds, inside the closets, and all of the ceiling fans. They’re so thorough, once they discovered a leak by our front door and let us know. They’re very trustworthy. They have our garage door code and let themselves in when we’re not there. The owner is always very available by text or phone. I’d highly recommend BTS Cleaning Service to anyone!

I have been using BTS cleaning services for my home and rental property cleaning for the past ten years. BTS has done a fabulous job for me. I have found the owner, Miss Bettina Stieger, to be a person of great integrity and honesty. Miss Stieger demands nothing short of "performance excellence" from her crews. She treats my property as if were her own. I highly recommend BTS for anyone looking for outstanding service at a very reasonable cost.

Worst experience I've ever had with a cleaning crew! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! The owner came to our house and made tons of promises and lied to our faces. After we inspected the house when the crew was finished we found it to be completely unclean. There was dirt in every corner and it took 41/2 hours (owner said it would be 2 hours) for the 2 girls to finish. When we told the owner we were unhappy and sent photos of the dirt she said she had no time to come and fix it. She also blamed the "new" girl for not knowing how to clean properly. When we asked for either a redo or refund she said she was busy and there are no refunds! She proceeded to yell at me and hang up. This woman is awful! BEWARE!!
