Premium price for discount results ... We added a large kitchen/dining addition. Things started off fine, but as the project progressed and inevitable problems arose, OFH tried to push through the wrong materials and/or substandard work. Some of the subcontractors were really good while others were shoddy. Since project completion, we have 20+ popping drywall screws, warped and buckling hardwood floors, and other problems. OFH has disclaimed responsibility for any issues. The flooring problems are blamed on high humidity from a wet crawl space. OFH constructed the crawl space. To fix the crawl space requires a French drain, dehumidifier, and sump pump, i.e. thousands of dollars. To fix the floors requires re-sanding and staining and several thousand more dollars. Find another contractor!
