Mark's Concrete and Sewer

We had Mark put in a 8x10 patio outside a sunroom at the sliding door at my mother's condo. He was to stamp it in a pattern and color it green. The patio is black and it holds water in puddles. He may be okay to use for straight rough concrete work but any refined decorative-type concrete he is clueless how to color, stamp, and remove the powder outlining the pattern impressions. He offered nothing but excuses and could not correct the problem so he was sued and we won the judgment. Now collecting on it is another story.
