We specialize in creating new spaces for every need. We complete simple modifications to complex home renovations. Our company is comprised of three main areas of focus, residential, commercial and aging in place. Our unique business plan allows the property owner to see and pay actual invoices. This allows the consumer to create and manage their budget. The only other dollars paid by the consumer is a project manager fee that is agreed to by the consumer and our company and is not based on what they spend but based on the level of service the consumer is expecting. We offer free in home consultations where we stop out and the consumer educates us what they are looking to achieve.
