About our company Although our company has only been in business 3 short years, I have been a certified HVAC technician for 10+ years. My mission is to save my customers money while offering them the best service and products available. Roby HVAC is a local company. ​ The owner/operator, Mark, grew up in Lancaster County and has lived here all his life. After working for several HVAC companies, he realized that his job was not about helping people, but rather up-selling and trying to make money by selling a new unit rather than fix the old. Big companies make their money from sales, not necessarily service. Mark would see the elderly being taken advantage of, or new families who knew nothing about HVAC spending more money than needed to fix inexpensive repairs. This didn't sit well with Mark because he realized that these people needed affordable services that wouldn't empty their bank accounts - just as our family did. That concept eventually evolved into Roby HVAC - cheaper than the rest, but better than the best. Our customers are always satisfied, and feel comfortable with our friendly technicians in their homes.  If you are looking for a new system, we sell, install and service several brands. We are not committed to one manufacturer because everyone requires something different. Our goal is to get you the best system to meets your needs at a price you will be delighted with.
