Just Painting by Mike

Our history with Mike has spanned >8 years and the jobs have varied in size/scale. Due to space restrictions, I can only detail 5 of the jobs. Across all of the jobs with Mike, the family has probably spent >$7000. 1) In October 2006, we had shopped around for an exterior painter for our half-siding, half-brick home. Of the numerous painters we interviewed and received quotes from, Mike was the one who stood out. Not only was he the most affordable, but also was the most honest and genuine contractor we had met. We had supplied Mike with paint & primer, while he used his tools/ladder to tackle the job. Mike completed that job in less than a week - despite weather-related challenges, a concerned female (me!) about the color choice and scope creep. He not only assisted us with painting the siding, but also arranged to have some additional assistance for power-washing, shutter hanging and exterior electrical fixture replacement. There were no paint "drips" or items that required touch-up. All edges were crisp, and the trim really popped! 2) We were so impressed by Mike's work that we called him the next year to help with a Family Room overhaul. While we arranged for old carpet to be removed & new carpet installed, Mike painted our wood-paneled walls a sand color and the crown molding was painted white. What a difference it made! Again, Mike was able to accomodate a very tight timeframe (2 days!). 3) When we wanted to strip the railing for our stairs, Mike was able to assist. In a matter of hours, he took several layers off of the railing and applied new stain. The results yet again were incredible! 4) We referred him to an elderly family member who called upon Mike to paint the full interior of his ranch home. Only 2 colors were selected (a neutral & white trim), and the results again were dramatic. The moldings were clean & edged perfectly (no touch-ups needed) and the neutral paint was evenly applied throughout every room. He was incredibly patient with our family member (who is not the easiest of customers to work with) while moving around some tight spaces. 5) Mike revamped this elderly man's garage. He painted the walls an exterior beige and painted the garage floors using a high gloss professional finish. As expected, the results were incredible! Summary: I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mike. Over the years, he has become family to us - always making the time to help us - regardless of the size/scale of the job. Unlike other contractors that we have had recent experiences with, Mike is incredibly honest, hard-working, conscientious and very fair with his estimates. He is always prompt and considerate and truly wants his customers to be happy. Mike knows that we will always call upon him and have recommended him to family & friends. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who is considering painting their home; if I could, I would give him an A+++++++!

We have used Just Painting for at least 8 years now and cannot be more satisfied and thankful that we found Mike. He has completely repainted our house inside and out, and painted a second house nearby that we rented inside and out as well. His work has been and remains simply outstanding. He is always on time, and never leaves a job without assuring that he is 100% satisfied that the job done passes his highest quality standards. We are fortunate to have met Mike and have benefited from knowing him and his rare attention to every aspect of his work. He has our highest recommendation to anyone looking for superior performance each and every time he is hired. Mike represents absolutely the best of the 20+ different contractors we have used over the past 35 years !!!
