i just had an inspector come out to look at the house and he told me all the window headers are incorrect/ not even there. now i have to replace windows after paying him to install the windows.

so here we are in june and he had returned and started working in april then he just disappeared he stiffed not only me but also screwed over his employees owing them for several weeks of work.

I must say that i was alittle impressed with all his talk when we first met back in early October. He seemed very professional and had some creditable references. the beginning (DEMO) went great and very timely. Then when it came to the reconstruction, there were minor mistakes but that happens. then a MAJOR mistake of all the wires were run incorrect. there was never any issue of payment to Charles and the checks were flowing at this time. So the original promise of completion by January was a no brainier that he wasn't going to make it .then he kept making up reasons why i had no windows and doors, then the wrong windows go in all corrected (except the electric issue). then a promise of i will have it ready by mid February. now i took time off work to do the finishing touches and even arranged for friends from out of town to come in and help. well he didn't event get close and cost me several thousands of dollars. i was furious but still under the recommendation of a friend gave him a chance. NOW it is almost the end of march and there has been no movement. the owner wont return my calls, texts or emails. he has no crew and i am out alot of money. I would stay away from this fraud.
