CONSUMER BEWARE! Please do not make the mistake I did by assuming that a reputable company name has qualified service people running their franchises! The Wilmington, NC, Glass Guru is a hoax, staffed by unskilled workers who leave in the middle of a project to go to their "real jobs" and a completely incompetent manager who does not hesitate to repeatedly cancel appointments after the scheduled time, and who has no respect for a person's home while in it. This rude and totally inept man even had the gall to ask for a cash advance while standing in the middle of the mess he created! For less than $,1000 of scheduled work, we are paying over $6,000 to repair the work of Glass Guru. I certainly wish that I could take away even the one star rating.
