Reliable Seamless Gutters

WARNING! Do not trust. Horrible! Stole our money! Then upon speaking up, attack us on social media. Numerous other people have contacted me concerning their stealing of money. They were hired and never completed any work beyond providing a quote. Our GC initially alerted us that Brad refused to honor and pay toward an agreement he made with them. Then he keeps acting like he is going to “refund” our money —what a joke— it’s our s e v e n t h o u s a n d d o l l a r s, it’s stolen, that is not a refund. Saying we won’t sign a contract for the refund —- just return our money. Send apologetic and sob story text messages to try and make up for his wrongdoings. He also admittedly gave nearly $2000 of those dollars to someone else that he also admits was wrong but has never even offered to return that.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Very deceiving and unprofessional. We hired Reliable Seamless Gutters for a new construction and paid 50% up front at end of May for installation in June. Job got pushed back due to delays from our GC which we communicated to its owner Brad two weeks in advance. When we were ready for installation in August problems started to occur. Installation dates were set a few times but no one showed up and no communication! According to Brad, his brother got injured and his work truck broke down which could explain the delays but not an excuse for lack of communication. Things got worse over time from there. Text and phone calls were ignored and the only explanation we finally received was that jobs got backed up very badly and they were super swamped with work. This continued into November and we started getting suspicious about the situation. So we contacted Brad using a different phone number acting as a new customer for a job similar to ours. Surely enough, Brad was very responsive with texting and offered to do the job within a week. Reliable Seamless Gutters came initially as a recommendation from our GC but later on our GC experienced similar difficulties with them so it is not an isolated incident. Apparently Brad prioritizes jobs based solely on his company’s interest and has been nonresponsive and lying for months to us. We are currently seeking legal actions against his company.
