I had Breakwater come out and do several items around the house while I was out of town working. They did several replacements and repairs as well as tile laydown for the inside entry ways, laminate floor install, exterior OSB replacement, and interior wall painting. This would have taken me weeks by myself. I was given a quote for labor and they do a good job sticking to that quote. I had some extra materials charged due to some extended issues with the house, but they always asked for permission prior to purchasing, I had a difficult time trusting someone to come into my home, but felt in good hands with the decisions and work these guys do Very reliable, respectable guys who work efficiently and yield great results. On time and very easy to communicate with as well. Recommend this group.
