this guy was supposed to paint my floor and one outside wall at my business. He want a 50% deposit which I gave him the last week in Dec. he did a half {blank} on the floor and didn't complete the wall. Its been over 4 months he has one excuse after the other I wouldn't recommend him for "any job" period.

The Cabinets were also chewed up. The walls were also severely damaged by the pets and grease. The linoleum was completely chewed up. After a total tear out, we germicidally cleaned the entire property from top to bottom. Then the entire interior was prepped and painted. The damaged trim was completely torn out and replaced. The cabinets were sanded and repaired and after five coats of priming and custom painting. New ceiling fans were installed. The linoleum was replaced in the bathrooms as well as replaced rotted base boards. New snap laminate flooring was installed throughout the entire house.
