Services Rendered= Total Restoration, Paint, Flooring installed, Carpentry work, Door casings replaced/repaired, Shoe molding installed, Drywall repair, Pressure washing, Cabinet restoration, Ceiling fan installation, Faucet and toilet replacement, Exterior Painting. This was a rental property that was totally trashed for 5 yrs. The carpets were urine soaked and ripped up by the pets. Every door casing had been chewed up by the dogs. The Cabinets were also chewed up. The walls were also severely damaged by the pets and grease. The linoleum was completely chewed up. After a total tear out, we germicidally cleaned the entire property from top to bottom. Then the entire interior was prepped and painted. The damaged trim was completely torn out and replaced. The cabinets were sanded and repaired and after five coats of priming and custom painting. New ceiling fans were installed. The linoleum was replaced in the bathrooms as well as replaced rotted base boards. New snap laminate flooring was installed throughout the entire house. The bathroom faucets and toilets were replaced due to existing damage. Completion Time 8 days
