Earth Appliance

I paid for a part that was not needed for the repair, and I was promised a $115 refund. The refund never arrived and Earth Appliance has not responded to my inquiries. I only opted to hire them for this job because they promised me that the part needed for the repair would be delivered in less than a week. It took two weeks for the part to be delivered. They said they would come install the part on 10/29, but day of the tech cancelled the appointment. We rescheduled for 11/9, but the tech no call no showed. The repair was eventually completed, 6 weeks after I first contacted Earth Appliance. I am still interested in getting the promised $115 refund.

the worst experience ever. called for washing machine repair. $550. and a month and half without a washing machine. Turns out the part he needed to order is no longer manufactured and he had me pre pay for the part. Ended up I had to purchase new machine. I am still waiting for a refund on part that never arrived. They lied so many times I have lost count. He never told me part was no longer available ( I had contract manufacturer to find this out). This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with,
