Wish I could give ZERO stars! Chad Martin Stall, co-owner of Best Trees and Landscaping, hit my mother from behind on June 18, 2020, around 3:30 pm while her vehicle was in motion on Lithia Pinecrest Road in Valrico Florida in his Best Trees and Landscaping LLC truck. He could have killed her if she was not driving a larger Toyota Tundra. After hitting her, he left the scene of the accident but a witness (who called police immediately) and my mother caught up with him over a mile away. He admitted he was texting and driving and appeared to be under the influence of drugs as his pupils were pinpoints. He was also driving with expired vehicle registration. A police investigation is underway. The other co-owner has also been charged with violating Florida Statute 322.54. Chad Martin Stall is a convicted felon for manslaughter, killing his friend with an assault rifle on January 4, 2014. He also has a felony conviction for Felony Burglary on 5/7/2013, a DUI in 2013, and drug charges in 2013 in addition to other misdemeanors, and civil traffic offenses. This guy should not have been able to even be on the road in this vehicle driving with his rap sheet. Hopefully what he will be charged with will be a violation of probation in addition to the other charges from today!
