  | Orlando Home Renovation | Nov 2014 | This Project was a home renovation of an 1800sq. ft. Townhome in Orlando, Fl. We started this project by removing all the popcorn ceilings and refinishing them with a smooth finish. Next we removed several walls and a pocket door to create an open floor plan on the first floor. Recessed lighting was installed as well as accent lighting, and under cabinet lighting. The kitchen was completely remodeled with new stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, and granite counter tops. Marble tile was put down throughout the first floor. I built a custom entertainment wall with accent recessed lighting in the living room. All baseboards and casings were replaced to create a modern look. On the second floor old carpet was replaced with new, everything was repainted, and ceiling fans were installed in the bedrooms. Throughout the whole house all electrical switches and outlets were replaced to a modern style. Switched outlets were also added for artwork lighting. | $8k | Orlando, FL |
