SGI has been building quality since 1985 in 8 states. We opened our Orlando office in 2005 and have had a growing presence in Central Florida over the past 9 years. Our Florida annual revenues exceeded $3,000,000 in 2013. We have built subdivisions and residential developments from the ground up and have built 5 story commercial hotels for Disney. Our experience is extensive and our commitment to quality is 100% every day. We provide design build services for residential and commerical clients. Our company is vertically integrated as we have a residential and commercial roofing, electrical and HVAC division. We work with the same plumbers on virtually every job so we experience no delays in subcontractor coordination.
