While they do good work, are very kind, I do NOT recommend them. They charged us more than twice the amount on the cost of a brand new timer (Hunter PC-400), and overpriced the rain sensor, which would only make sense if we weren’t already being charged for labor ($95 hourly) and the initial service charge ($40). I expect the valves ($75) are also a price gouge. They did not bring the parts they needed on the first day, and could only come back a week later, which is disappointing because we were flexible and agreed to change the appointment timeframe on the first day so they could make their other appointments work. They also misquoted us on the timeframe expected to complete the job on the second day. All in all, 4 new valves and a timer cost us nearly $1,000. I’m happy to remove this review if the owners can explain why they feel this price gouge is fair business practice.
