Mr Pimentel took the 100% of the cost the project and only finished half of the job. He’s not answering my calls or messages. I want my money back.

After hurricane Irma in Sept 2017, I asked First Class Renovations Experts to get started on the fence replacement after my roofing was done. Julio gave me an estimate for the fencing and I paid the requested amount to get started on the fence replacement. They came out and began removing the old fencing, stacked the sections in my yard and I haven't been able to get anything else done since March 2018. Mr Pimentel does not answer my calls, texts or email and owes me for services paid for but not received.

After hurricane Irma in Sept 2017, I had asked First Class Renovations Experts to get started on repairing the damage to my windows and do my fence replacement. A crew came out and replaced 7 of the 8 windows and left the glass panes on the grass and sidewalk which subsequently broke up leaving me liable for injuries. The crew also left without caulking the windows which I discovered a few months later. The 8th and last window has still not been replaced and is sitting in my garage.
