Simply the best contractor in Orlando for home remodel. It wasn't easy to pick a contractor to remodel our residence. There are plenty to chose from in the phonebook and online. However,Property Renovations stuck out because of the volume of searched online and the positive reviews. I called for a free estimate and was impressed that someone came out that same day to look at my job. I was given an estimate on the spot with a promise that work would start in 2 weeks if I signed the contract. The price wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. But the crew was clean, professional, on time, and didn't play games with adding extra costs. The end result was rather impressive. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done on their home.

After a botched up master bath Reno from a conman, I called Renovations Unlimited. They had their work cut out for them. They had to demo everything and start over. I couldn't be more pleased! Israel was very noligable and on the job everyday (except Sunday). Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company if you want to have to work done right the first time.

I have been searching for a contractor that my aunt could use out in Orlando for a remodeling project in her kitchen. I've had a few unpleasant phone calls with supposed "competitors" but Property Renovations was completely friendly and stayed true to my actual needs. No gimmicks. No bull. Just straight to the point, with a genuine and courteous attitude. We need a backsplash installed? Same day service. If this isn't the best contractor company I don't know what is. Call them and give them your business, you deserve the best!

did a complete redesign/renovation of our 2 bedroom apartment (aprox 1000 sq ft.). Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups (all projects of this scale will have 'em), they far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone at this company, from the person answering the phone to the owners care and work hard to make one's renovations go smoothly.‎
