Handyman with experience in all aspects of home improvement and repair :Painting, carpentry ( door replacement, new deck, etc.), light plumbing ( leaky pipe, new toilet, faucet, etc), need new fan or ceiling light fixture, etc. Fully insured with a 1,000,000 liability coverage. I don't repair roofs or do snow removal. I charge 35.00 per hour plus materials.

| Windham cellar stair replacement and insulation | Dec 2015 | Ripped out rotted cellar stairs. Insulated concrete walls where stair stringers were reattached with 1" foam board. Installed new Douglas fir stringers ( 3, four step stringers) and Douglas fir 2x 12 treads. I then insulated walls of the "dog house" around this stairway. 6hrs x35=210 labor Materials=225 Total cost $435 for new, safe, steps and an improved insulated entry way to save on energy consumption! | $435 | Windham, ME |
