Scope of Work: Backyard pool area drainage remediation, pool deck and sitting area design, planting additions and design, walk from driveway to fenced pool area. Problems Solved: Carroll Landscaping, Inc. designed the updated pool area so that all of the client's problems and wishes were met. Drainage was updated and new pool coping and patio area was installed to code and inspected to allow for more seating and a wider pool space. Materials: Natural Stone, Techo-Bloc Pavers and Wall, Natural Stone Boulders Problems to Solve: Drainage, Pool patio and coping upgrade, ease of access from rear home exits to yard.

Scope of Work: Front- Removed existing concrete walkway and plant material. Excavated for new planting beds and wider front walkway. Demolished existing portico and constructed new barrel roof portico and install new front entry doors. Rear- Demolished existing wood deck and walkway. Installed new rear exit stoop, new patio with retaining wall, and walkway to driveway. Added accent planting and repaired water feature. Fixed all grading and drainage. Problems to Solve: Client wanted landscape design to include everything discussed in the scope of work. Requested a more deer resistant planting in all areas. Drainage and grading.
