Collins Maintenance & Remodeling

I have been working with Donny for about two months consisting of a multitude of work in my house. My wife and I decided to rip up our hardwood floors and replace them with dark wood floors. Donny assisted in the final stages of the clean up when I quickly asked for his help. Donny has always been easy to work with and easy to work our schedules together. Donny glued down about 500 square feet of hardwood floors as well he laid about 200 square feet of tile in my kitchen area with skill and precision. He installed two new hanging lights in the kitchen area within about 30 minutes and did the plumbing for my new sink. Donny has performed a multitude of tasks throughout my remodeling process and has always been there to assist me or help me as quickly as he could. Donny can be relied upon in any crises situation or time sensitive situation because he will stay until the job is done just as he agrees or estimates the job to take. One of the coolest things is that he will stick to the budget that he originally estimates. Another fascinating thing is that my job requires me to be gone a lot and Donny could be trusted to be in and around the house when I was gone and he always locked the house up when he left. (sometimes you can't trust everyone in this world). Donny is a skilled worker with many years of experience and I learned over the time he worked with me that you should just trust his judgment. I would refer him to anyone I know and I will be asking for his assistance in other projects in the future!

We have utilized Donny and company many times at our condo property for all aspects of remodeling and repair including roof repair, hot water replacement as well as refresh and remodeling of several units. Paint, drywell, cabinets, tile...not much these guys can't do!
