About EIFS Consulting
EIFS Consulting's owner, Phillip Minigh has been doing carpentry work since 1977 (35 years) and involved in the EIFS industry since 1991 (22 years). We specialize in EIFS remediation, cleaning, coating and inspections. We also do pressure cleaning, moisture intrusion prevention (caulking and flashing, roof to wall junctures), wood rot remediation and other carpentry on all types of exteriors. We build decks, install lap and vinyl siding-- most any project that involves wood or composites. We have preped literally dozens of houses to be placed on the market and have had great success with quick sales, because of our attention to detail.
